This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies and tracks nobody across the web. Your colour theme choice is kept in your own browser under the key kx-theme and is never sent anywhere.

The waitlist form is the one thing here that sends data to a server. What you type into it — your email address, and the studio, role and archive notes if you fill them in — is forwarded to our own record of the waitlist and used to contact you about KilniX. It is not sold, not shared, and not added to any other list. Ask and we will delete your entry.

Enquiries sent by email are held only to answer them. Ask and we will delete the thread.

What we hold, and for how long

Only what you typed into the waitlist form: your email address, and the studio, role and archive notes if you chose to give them. We hold it until KilniX opens to you or you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. It is stored on our own database infrastructure in London, not with a third-party mailing service.

Asking us to delete it

You can ask at any time and we will remove your entry. We have not published a contact address yet — rather than print one that is not monitored, we would rather say so. Until one is published, reply to any message you receive from us and the request will reach a person.

What we do not do

We do not sell or share the list, we do not add you to anything you did not ask for, we run no analytics or advertising scripts, and we set no cookies at all. The form deliberately does not record your IP address or your browser.

Terms

Nothing on this site is an offer or a warranty. Firing records, part counts and gate verdicts shown in Fired prototypes are reproduced as the line emitted them; they describe what happened on those firings and do not predict what will happen on yours.

Joining the waitlist places you under no obligation and commits us to nothing beyond contacting you. Any pilot is governed by a separate written agreement, and nothing on this site forms part of one or varies one.

Game titles, screenshots and part names shown here are the output of firings run by GameKiln. Third-party trademarks referenced in research or comparison remain their owners’.
