Book a firing

No self-serve tier, no free trial, no seat pricing. A firing is booked and scoped against your own catalogue — the code and assets you already own — and everything that comes back is a file or a build you keep.

Single firing

Three to four weeks

Your material through the whole line once — code and assets in at the front, a playable mobile build out the other end. You see exactly how your catalogue behaves as raw material before committing a slate to it.

What comes back

  • The generated design document
  • A playable WebGL build, in its own repository
  • A model fitted to your art, and everything it produced
  • The fun gate report — the rubric, the scores, the evidence
  • The fire report — parts placed, art produced, elapsed

What you bring

  • The catalogue — code, art, or a finished project you own outright
  • A game concept, or the brief we write one from
  • One person who can sign off the design before anything is built
  • An evaluator who plays the build and scores it

Line partnership

Six months, reviewed quarterly

The line runs continuously against your slate and your archive. Parts your games need get built into the register and stay there, and each model keeps learning your house style — so every firing starts warmer than the last.

What comes back

  • Everything in a single firing, per game
  • Parts built for you, catalogued and reusable
  • Balance files you edit directly, or over MCP
  • Player data routed back into balance

What you bring

  • The back catalogue — the deeper it goes, the better the line runs
  • A slate — three or more concepts a quarter
  • A named design owner on your side
  • Store and telemetry access for the release stage

What we need from you to quote

Send these four things and we can tell you whether the line is a fit and what a firing would cost. If you only have the first one, send that.

  1. What you own. A shipped title, a cancelled project, an art library, an engine nobody uses any more. Rough scale is enough at this stage — we do not need the files to talk.
  2. The concept. A paragraph is enough. If you have a design document already, send it as it is — the line reads documents, not decks.
  3. Two or three reference titles. Not for style. The research stage uses them to pull genre economics and retention comps, which is what the fun bar is set against.
  4. Who signs off the design. One named person who can say yes or no to the generated document before anything is built.
  5. Who plays the build. Somebody scores the prototype against the rubric. We can supply an evaluator; we would rather it was yours.

Whose work goes in

Yours, and only yours. The line ingests the art, code and design you own outright, and the models it fits are fitted to your material — so what comes out carries your house style because it was made from it. Nothing is scraped, and there is nobody else’s work in the pipeline to answer for.

Intakes run in cohorts. Join the waitlist and we will come to you before the next one opens.
